Shoppers should be aware that this retailer makes it virtually impossible to do returns of items ordered for Halloween costumes by adding a bunch of rules and restrictions about dates that only apply to Halloween season and rhat have extremely tight turnarounds and deadlines shoppers can’t possibly meet. I would have had to start my return before the items were delivered to qualify, and yet I put my order in before the limitations supposedly took effect. The Shop app made the situation worse by obscuring these conditions and the return process. Buyers beware.
