1. Return Window:
- Unused items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in new and resalable condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
- October Policy: During October 15th–31st, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Return requests for the month of October must be submitted by October 15th and postmarked by October 17th.
2. Condition of Returns:
- Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition; unworn, with original packaging, tags, and accessories attached.
- For hygienic reasons, the following items are NOT RETURNABLE: Wigs, Beards, Artificial Hair, Face Masks, Undergarments, Stockings, Teeth, Cigarette Holders, Pet Costumes, and Makeup.
3. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ship all orders placed by 11:30 A.M. MST the same business day. After the shipment is processed, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number.
United States:
- Free shipping: Free shipping is available for all orders over $50 (standard shipping from $6.99 below that) and orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
- Expedited shipping: Express (2–4 business days) and Overnight options are available at checkout.
Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia:
Duties, taxes, and fees are included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery, guaranteed!
