Arrives by Halloween, or your whole order is refunded.
Add the Halloween Delivery Guarantee to your cart for $5. If your order isn't delivered by Saturday, October 31, 2026, we refund everything: your items, your shipping and the $5. You keep the costume. No return needed.

Orders placed by 11:30 AM Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day from our warehouse in St. George, Utah.
The fine print (it's short)
- Any delay counts, including carrier delays. We use the carrier's tracking to check the delivery date.
- One guarantee per order. It covers the whole order.
- Covers addresses in the 50 U.S. states. U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses aren't covered.
- Not covered: an incorrect address entered at checkout, or a package refused or held for pickup at your request.
- If you add the guarantee but your order or shipping method misses the deadlines above, we refund the $5.
How to claim
If your order arrives after October 31, email support@masquerade.com with your order number by November 15, 2026. We'll check tracking and refund your full order to your original payment method.
